I was in the kitchen making dinner when Paul walked in and sat down on the stool opposite from where I stood. I noticed right away that something was “off”. Seeing that his hair was combed downward I said, “You brushed your hair.” It was less a statement and more a question.
Paul flashed a mischievous look.
That’s when it hit me. As if I he thought I wasn’t going to notice the large chunk of hair gone from his forehead.
Thankfully the damage was easy to repair.

Thanks for the good laugh. Grace did the same thing a few years ago, but thankfully (for her), I didn’t take the same approach to solving it.
LOL, What a goof ball! Hannah cut a big chunk of her hair once right in the front and it was days before a dance recital where she had to have her hair up! We had some creative hair do’s for a while~!
My 2-year-old just did this too (2 days before your son did): http://metropolitanmama.net/2009/06/i-interrupt-my-regular-posting-schedule-to-tell-you/.
Fortunately, she didn’t do a ton of damage. It’s a good thing too since buzzed hair just isn’t a good “look” for a little girl.
Oh my! I love the shave, though. Looks great!
