Pint-Size Jam Session

Each Sunday at church we have a pint size jam session in the front of the sanctuary. The children are invited to break out a box full of instruments and make a joyful noise. Here are Megan and Paul the Sunday before Christmas. (I think Megan knew she was on video – her back is to me the entire time. But you can still see that she is into it. Megan is in the red sparkly dress and Paul is to her right, in the red turtleneck shirt.)

Now the video below is an example of what happens when you allow a five year old to entertain himself with a Flip Video camcorder during church. (We meet in a high school auditorium which from day one has fascinated the kids.)

I loved the music video. Tell Paul his video gave me motion sickness. :)

I love that jam session. What a great idea. And they all had rhythm too!

The Jam-session is so way cool, and the video is so something Timothy would do. Great clips!
