November can be summed up in one word – Blur.
Tonight after I pick Adam up at the airport we will drive to Las Vegas. Adam and I have been married eleven years but this will be our first holiday with his mom. Traditionally I would be pouring over recipes, making grocery lists, preparing food and cleaning the house in preparation for my parents, sister’s family and grandma (visiting from New Jersey). Many fun memories were made in the old house in Michigan.
I’m looking forward to slowing down for the next few days and being removed from the normal distractions at home. If I thought November was fast, I don’t even want to think about December.
