I’ve recently been diagnosed wiith insulin resistance/diabetes. I’m not on insulin, but taking oral medication to help my body use the insulin my body makes. The Resources and Tools section of the website looks most helpful to me. I especially like the self-quizzes. Thank you!

The food search is definitely most beneficial for me to give me an idea of how many calories I am really consuming each day.

My 4yo is a Type 1 diabetic. I am always going online to find carb counts. I like that Calorie King lets you put in the serving size and calculates the carbs.

We have THREE copies of the book.

Oh my gosh! I just tried out the Food Search database, and it is AWESOME! I have wanted to keep better track of how many calories, salt, fat, protein, fiber, etc. I am consuming every day and this would be perfect. But I could not afford the $55 on my own (even though that’s a very low price for all that this website offers), so I hope I win! Thanks for the giveaway!

I left a previous post, but forgot the email. I hope to win.

I think the Nutrition and Exercise Manager would be the most helpful. I have been trying to help my father lose weight, and I would love to give him this gift. Thank you for the opportunity.

This would be great for losing the baby weight in a few months! It’s awesome that you can enter a place and it will tell you the nutrition facts on products they sell, that’s cool!

Thanks for offering it!
