My most unforgettable cinnamon roll experience was at Ann Sather’s, a Swedish diner in Chicago that has been churning out the delectable made-from-scratch treats for over 60 years. I once tried the recipe but it turns out that I’m not much of a bread maker.
The next best thing to Ann Sather’s is my recipe for cinnamon rolls made in a bread machine. Now that’s more my style. The recipe is called Clone of a Cinnabon and I found it on Allrecipes. Users of Allrecipes are most likely aware of this recipe. It is #2 on their list of top 20 all time favorite recipes. Cinnabon purists may argue that this is not a true clone recipe. I’ve never actually eaten a Cinnabon but I can tell you that these are good. I’ve been known to make a few friends over this recipe. Try it and you won’t be disapointed.

Thank you thank you!!! I am so excited to make these!!!
Okay, Kristen, I’m going to give it a go next week….
They look so good in the photo at the website, I’m salivating on the keyboard!
I love to make breads and bread desserts. But the last time I made cinnamon rolls I think I gained 20 lbs because I have no self control when they’re around!
I know you will love these. One thing I forgot to add is that I cut these into more than 12 rolls. They are still plenty filling and they are less calories per serving.
Thanks you SO much for posting this! I love to use my bread maker but didn’t have a recipe for cinnamon rolls. I can’t wait to make these!
Yummy thanks! Also thanks for stopping by my blog!
These are my family’s favorites. I’ve made these a few times, much easier than my old recipe.
Barb, I think the first time I had these was a time that you made them.
