A Marketer’s Dream Come True
Paul asked me this morning if his next sneakers could be Skechers. The reason is that (according to Paul) they have a new kind that makes you fly.
Paul is a marketer’s dream come true. He is too young to care about product brand names. To him it’s all about the cool factor. Sneakers that “fly” are cool. Speed Racer cars in cereal boxes are cool. Paul’s even been known to turn down a Happy Meal if the toy doesn’t interest him.
