Paul’s stomach is a bottomless pit. His first sentence each morning used to be, “Mommy, what can I eat?” Tonight Paul told me that the reason he is always hungry is because he wants to be just like Scooby-Doo & Shaggy.

A week ago I wrote about my goal to start moving. Last week included two runs and one bike ride. I also did a heap of yard work and completed a kitchen painting project. It was a busy week but I’m satisfied with everything that was accomplished.
