It’s a good thing that I got all that sleep yesterday because I won’t be sleeping again for the next twenty-four hours. Tonight is our annual Light Force All-Nighter. I’m looking forward to hanging out with my favorite bunch of middle school and highschoolers, getting shot at while playing Cosmic Paintball and making a fool of myself trying to shoot baskets from a bumper car in Whirly Ball. Throw some Sardines into the mix, a few chick flicks for the girls and an X-Box 360 tournament for the boys and you’ve got the ultimate youth group party.
Update
I made it through the night. Somehow my less than three hours of sleep is enough to keep me functioning. Good thing since Adam is passed out on the couch and somebody has to watch the kids.

What I like is that you aren’t all that great at ANY of those things, but you are still going to have some fun. Who would of thought a life in ministry would be so much fun?
Reminds me of the slumber parties I had with our girls. I miss those days. Now most of the kids in our youth group are married & have kids of their own. Nothing like making you feel really old!
