Post-Christmas Life Resumes
Life is getting back to normal here in the McLane house. As much as we were all looking forward to Christmas, the break in routine has taken it’s toll. I’m ready to be productive again. For me that means a little bit of laundry, grocery shopping and later tidying up the house. Yesterday I took a walk downtown to our neighborhood library branch. I must have come at a good time since I was able to pick up some interesting looking books to help me pass the time. And I’m actually missing interaction with people. That means a lot coming from a quiet normally reclusive home-loving girl like me.

I’m ready for school to resume…as much as I love my kids, I love to have “routine” again. Right now I’m on damage control: How much of my house HAS to be clean before our small group comes over tomorrow night?
