A Not So Favorite Tradition

For the fourth year in a row I have not been able to sit through an entire Christmas Eve service. This despite the excellent service featuring MainStreet followed by worship. The culprit…my son. Every year he finds a way to be distracting enough to leave the service. At least I wasn’t the only parent pacing the foyer. Maybe someday I will get to worship with the rest of the congregation. Maybe next year?
