Half Marathon

Today I printed out a half marathon (13 miles) training program for novices.  I completed "day one", a 3 mile jog this morning.  The training runs - no pun intended - for 12 weeks.  Seems like a long time.  Honestly, I don’t know if I can do it but there is only one way to find out.

    Lol. I thought about doing a half marathon, but right now I don’t have time to really train that much. Maybe next year…
