Happy Father’s Day to Adam

Megan says, "What I love most about daddy is that he is always ours…that he is always mine; I am the one that loves him the most."  While Megan is sentimental, Paul must have received Adam’s sense of humor.  Paul says, "What I love most about daddy is that he has Jesus in his shirt."  Paul must be referring to Adam’s Jesus action figure and a picture where Adam is "wearing" Jesus in his pocket.

Adam does not like to acknowledge any holiday that resembles a hallmark holiday (mother’s day, father’s day, valentine’s day).  Still, I think it is fitting to share that we love him on father’s day.  Here are some reasons that I love Adam.

Adam is a deep thinker; he challenges me to think "outside the box"
Adam is a hard worker; he is commited to his work
Adam is not content with being good; he does not live by excuses
Adam is true to who he says is; there is nothing fake about him
Adam cares for his family; he always wants the best for us
Adam makes time for his family; he enjoys spending time with us
Adam cares for others; he loves God and he loves teaching other people about God

I’m sure that there are a million other reasons that I could list.  I’ll stop with these before I embarress my husband too much.
